• • Developed and managed Technology Connectors program within the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s Arts & Business Council which provided volunteer technology expertise to regional arts and culture nonprofit organizations.

• • Oversaw in excess of 40 Technology Connectors projects whose project focus included strategic technology planning, web presence, social media.

Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)

• • For several Philadelphia region nonprofit organizations with Salesforce:
    • Implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (including extensive data cleansing and import).
  • Integrated several Salesforce apps and applications including Click and Pledge, Vertical Response and web to lead forms.
  • Performed upgrade to Nonprofit Success Pack.
  • Provided Salesforce NPSP administration, training and support.

Training and Development

• Led a variety of technology seminars (web site development, SEO, e commerce, social media) at multiple TNNA (The National Needle Arts Association) trade shows.
