Implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (including extensive data cleansing and import).
Integrated several Salesforce apps and applications including Click and Pledge, Vertical Response and web to lead forms.
Performed upgrade to Nonprofit Success Pack.
Provided Salesforce NPSP administration, training and support.
Training and Development
Led a variety of technology seminars (web site development, SEO, e commerce, social media) at multiple TNNA (The National Needle Arts Association) trade shows.
